Benjie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Mindanao, Philippines, in 2013. While completing his studies, he gained hands-on experience in both radio and television. Shortly after graduation, he moved to Dubai to pursue his career as an overseas Filipino worker (OFW). Since 2013, he has worked across various industries, including photography, videography, sales, graphic design, events, and marketing, continuously building his professional expertise up to the present.

I have 15 years of experience in the Media and Marketing industry, starting from my academic years through to earning my degree in Mass Communication. I am self-driven, results-oriented, and maintain a positive outlook, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work and contributing to business growth. Reliable, tolerant, determined, and a strong team player, I possess excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate customers effectively. I have a solid understanding of customer service principles, satisfaction, and professional etiquette, both in face-to-face interactions and over the phone. Additionally, I can demonstrate proven success in handling and managing major customer requests, concerns, suggestions, and assistance with professionalism and efficiency.
